1 General Terms & Conditions

Sce444 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and sce444.

By accessing, registering, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using sce444.

2 Account Register

To open an account at sce444, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. sce444 strictly prohibits minors from engaging in any form of gaming or betting activity.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3 Deposits & Payments

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the deposit.

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to defraud the betting system through market manipulation or match-fixing.
• Using another person's account or selling/transferring your account to a third party.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Unauthorized access or hacking attempts targeting sce444's systems or software.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Sce444 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence is found of a terms violation or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Self-exclusion or account closure at the member's own request.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed, you may request a refund of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) once the investigation has been completed.

9 Responsible Gaming

Sce444 believes every member should have full control over their betting activity. We provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Sce444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any updates will be published on the site and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the change.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members by email or SMS. However, continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
